Avensong is located in Fulton County, GA in the City of Milton just off GA-400, Exit 11 (Windward Parkway). Avensong offers many amenities including a junior Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, sand volleyball courts, a clubhouse with deck patio, and sidewalks. Avensong offers a great location convenient to dining and shopping on Windward Parkway and is convenient to Northpoint Mall. The development of Avensong began in 1995 and was completed in 1997 with predominately two to three bedroom homes.

Avensong offers a wide range of social activities and events for its residents. It has an active Garden Club and Neighborhood Watch Program. Avensong participates in ALTA and USTA tennis programs. Our neighborhood is a great place for those who enjoy walking. We are also a dog friendly community.
