Al Levine has been an award-winning newspaperman for more than 40 years at career stops that included Miami, St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta.  He was the 2000 national motorsports writer of the year while covering Nascar for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  He’s also had a book published about the Miami Dolphins’ undefeated season and carried the 1996 Olympic torch [slowly] through the streets of Waterloo, Iowa as thousands screamed “who is that guy?”
